The 29 year-old was seen in the affluent district of Chelsea where she enjoyed lunch at popular celeb haunt Scalini, which has previously attracted Anna Friel and Kate Becklinsale.
Wearing a leopard-print jumper with skin-tight satin trousers, the socialite gave no impression of her changing shape as she entered the venue in South Kensington.
With her hair casually curled, she appeared perfectly groomed with a flash of subtle, nude make-up to complete her look.
Chances are she was meeting a friend to discuss the results of her first baby scan, which took place on Monday.
The mother-to-be was joined by her husband Jay Rutland for the occasion, which marks one the first major steps in the process.
Either way, Tamara hopes that her child - boy or girl - will become best friends with her sister Petra’s baby daughter Lavinia.
‘I want them to be as close as me and my sister. And I would just love to have a little girl who would be super close to Lavinia,' she said.
