Romain Grosjean shines out of happiness when Lotus is going fast again. Clearly the man also enjoys the challenge of driving as Kimi Räikkönen's team mate.
How does the co-work with the Finnish star go?
– It's still difficult to say when we have only one car at our disposal. Then when we get both cars at the same time on the track the actual co-work starts. We have similar setups in the car which is good for the team when the work goes twice as fast and everything goes well, Grosjean said.
– Kimi is a nice guy and a WDC. It's good to be with him and watch how he works, Grosjean said.
Is the E20 -car then easy to set up?
– It responds well to what we do. It isn't at least a bad thing. Now we got ideas again that we try out on Friday. If those 2-3 things confirm what we expect, then we go further again, Grosjean said.
Grosjean has still one testing day left. Does he feel that he is ready for the opening race?
– I have to be. Of course the more you are in the car, the better it feels. But this is what it is. There is a testing ban. I get four testing days before Melbourne and that's better than nothing, Grosjean told Turun Sanomat.
